We start every new member with a Crush It Intro session, where we get to know your goals and help you decide whether small group training or 1-on-1 coaching is the right fit for you.
From there, you'll go through a full onboarding Fit Profile that includes:

This ensures you're set up with a solid foundation before jumping into full sessions. And with our intentionally small class sizes, we’re able to coach, modify, and support you every step of the way - so you can train with confidence and progress at your own pace.
