Class Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Inner G has a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to you. If you cancel within our 12 hour cancellation window, your credit will be lost. Unlimited packages (introductory offers, one month & three month) may be charged $15 + applicable taxes for classes cancelled within this time frame. If three unpaid late cancellations and/or no shows are accumulated on an unlimited package, the package may be frozen until the charges can be applied.

ARRIVING LATE

We recommend arriving 10 minutes ahead of time to ensure you get the full Inner G experience. That being said, we understand that late arrivals can be inevitable due to a number of factors, which is why we offer a 5 minute grace period. If we can confidently and safely get you into class in fewer than 5 minutes after the class was scheduled to begin, then we will happily to do so and come into the studio to help set you up. If we can’t get you into the class, we gladly offer same day rebookings using the same credit.

MISSED CLASS CHARGE

If you are on an unlimited package, and miss a class or cancel within our 12 hour cancellation window, you may be charged $15 + applicable tax
