LEGACY
50% conditioning, 50% strength, 100% tough.
This 60-minute intense full-body workout will challenge you, it will take over you, and it will elevate your mind and body. This is the workout that will build strong lean muscle and kick that fat burning furnace into hyper drive, keeping the calories burning long after the workout is over. We start with our power yoga warm up and transition into a mix of traditional weight training and a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit. Then finish off with a yoga cool down.

This full body conditioning workout is designed to test your mettle and challenge you physically. Expect to work up a torrential sweat, utilizing a dynamic sequence of weights, functional training as well as cardiovascular-driven movements to work toward your strongest self.

Let’s Lift!
This is a favourite at Inner G. Put every muscle to work. Start with our Power Yoga warm up then kick it into high gear with our Inner G Strength Training. This work-out will strengthen your body, mind, and willpower. Get high on sweat as you lift higher and push harder. Become stronger, build lean muscle and carve out your physique in the process, every class will make you more determined to get stronger for the next.

IGNITE
This high-energy metabolic conditioning class is designed to push your limits, torch calories, and build unstoppable strength. Get ready for a thrilling mix that blend explosive plyometrics, short runs, and powerful strength moves using kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. This is guaranteed to leave you feeling exhilarated and empowered.
G-FIT
All circuit, no mercy.
A high-energy class where you’ll get your hands on ropes, bands, sleds, tires, plyo boxes, and everything in between. We will keep you on your toes in this HIIT class, designed to make you power through, no matter what gets in your way. Get your heart pumping, burn calories and slash fat, while sculpting a lean, toned body. This workout will leave you reaching for your towel.

A fusion of Yin and Hatha yoga combines the slow-paced, meditative aspects of Yin with the more active and structured elements of Hatha. This unique practice seeks balance by incorporating longer-held, passive postures from Yin to enhance flexibility and joint mobility, alongside the traditional asanas, controlled breathing, and mindful alignment principles of Hatha. The result is a well-rounded session that promotes both deep relaxation and physical strength, offering practitioners a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit

We will guide you through a traditional style meditation journey adapted for modern times. Using ancient techniques and the power of your imagination and concentration, you have the power to rewire your mind, feel less tense and more joyful and relaxed overall. This receptive present state is often when breakthroughs make their great appearance!
RECHARGE

Recharge with this 60 minute myofascial release, stretch, and mobility class. We're grinding it out daily and in this class we step back and give our body some well deserved TLC.
We use rollers, balls, bands, and static and dynamic stretching to relieve pain, increase circulation, elevate performance, and improve the way you feel and move in and out of the studio.
